Extensive balconies enable one to enjoy the morning sunrise. The outdoor area is private with a barbecue area, dining and sitting spaces for great entertaining and a 45 sq.m. pool including a relaxing sun patio which affords you to enjoy the best of both worlds - basking in the sun or resting in the shade.

Utility Room:The utility room has a large load washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:Luxury is prevailed throughout and attention to detail is evident everywhere in the Villa. The villa boasts a large open plan lounge/dining room flooded with natural light and which easily accommodates 12 guests and has digital cable TV and DVD player.
Other: We will provide our guests with bedlinen and towels including towels for pool area. For bookings exceeding 7 days we offer a complimentary clean and linen and towel change.
The villa offers a 42" plasma TV, high speed internet connection, fax, safe and library and is fully air-conditioned at no extra charge. A welcome pack will be included upon arrival. Executive airport transfers both on arrival and departure are also included.
The outdoor area includes a 45sq.m heated pool and is private with a BBQ area, dining and sitting spaces with a sunny terrace, perfect for sipping a glass of chilled wine while enjoying the spectacular views.
