Description
Sunny, bright, penthouse apartment with a 9 meter x 4 meter terrace enjoying views of half of Malta. One can enjoy watching fireworks displays in the summer months during the weekly Festas in different villages. Dine or barbeque outside. Located in a central area close to the capital, Valletta, and to Sliema, St Julians and Paceville.
Bedrooms: One main bedroom with large double bed. Comfortable double sofabed sleeps another two.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom for guests, and complete shower room en-suite with main bedroom.
Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and all necessary pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc.
Living Rooms: Lounge with cable TV. and DVD. The lounge turns into a comfortable double bed, separate armchair. Computor with 24 hours free internet.
Other: Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis. Although the penthouse is situated on the fifth floor, it is accessible from the ground floor by two lifts.
Outside: Nine meter terrace with fantastic views where you can barbecue, and dine outside. Excellent for watching all the firework activities in summer.

Notes
The penthouse is fully air conditioned. 24 hours X 7 free internet.
For an extra 185 to 230 euros per week (depending on the time frame) we can supply you with an air conditioned car with GPS satelite navigation for a week, have free parking inside the block, pick you up, and transfer you back to the airport, and have a small food pack to find upon your arrival.
